Return & Refund
All our clients have 30 days after the delivery of their product/item to return it in the same conditions as they were issued/received. We don’t accept any items that have been used or are not in proper condition. We also won’t allow any returns after the 30-day deadline. Any article that is not in the same conditions in which it was received will be subject to a restocking penalty fee corresponding to 70% of the total purchase value, thus being reimbursed only 30% of said value. Once the article is returned, the client will automatically be accepting to comply with our terms and conditions. Make sure that you return the product in the same conditions that it was received to be eligible for a reimbursement that corresponds to 100% of the total purchase value.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that you meet the following requirements:
• The article has not been used, is dirty, and/or deteriorated.
• You have a receipt or proof of your purchase.
